With this app, you can clone deals as a workflow action, including line items and selected associations. In addition, a CRM card is available in “Deals” that lets you manually clone your deal by clicking the “clone this deal” button.
With this app, you can set up sequential numbers in HubSpot, for example ticket numbers, customer numbers for companies, invoice or quote numbers for deals, participant numbers for events, and much more. You can also set prefixes and suffixes and define the number length.
With this app, you can automatically create HubSpot quotes as a workflow action, using your standard templates as well as most custom HubSpot quote templates (selectable in the workflow action). This helps you automate your deal pipeline and sales process.
With this app, you can attach the PDF file generated from a quote as a note to a deal and save the file in a folder in the file manager. You can easily automate quote creation and use the files in another application.
With this app, you can automatically count how many objects are linked to a specific record in HubSpot workflows – for example, how many contacts belong to a deal or how many deals are linked to a company.
Transfers invoices, customer master data, and PDF receipts from HubSpot to DATEV – manually or on a schedule.
