Create A Quote – automatically generate quotes from a deal workflow.

Installation & subscription

Install the app via the button at the top of this page or via the HubSpot App Marketplace. After installation, you have a 14-day free trial available for your portal.

You can subscribe via the link in the app settings. You can access these via the settings icon in the HubSpot menu bar, then Integrations → Connected Apps. There, click on Actions → Go to settings.

After payment, you are redirected to a page where you enter the Portal ID of the HubSpot portal to which the license should be assigned. You can find the portal ID in your browser's address bar.

If you uninstall the app in your portal, your subscription remains active and continues to apply after reinstallation.

The subscription is tied to your portal and generally not transferable. If you have purchased an annual license and want to move the app to another portal, write to us at apps@adunera.com – we'll take care of it.

Setup in the workflow

Please note: HubSpot recently introduced CPQ quotes (visible with a Commerce Hub seat). The app currently only supports legacy quotes (visible with a "regular" Sales Hub seat). As soon as it is technically possible on HubSpot's side, we will extend the app to support CPQ quotes. More on CPQ quotes and Legacy quotes.

First select the template to be used for the quote.

Then enter a name for the quote – here too you can use deal tokens for personalization. After that, set the quote status and the appropriate ISO currency code.

Optionally, provide comments for the buyer or payment terms. The currency must match the deal's currency.
