Create PDFs from quotes

Install the app via the button at the top of this page or via the HubSpot App Marketplace. After installation, you have a 14-day free trial available for your portal.

You can subscribe via the link in the app settings. You can access these via the settings icon in the HubSpot menu bar, then Integrations → Connected Apps. There, click on Actions → Go to settings.

After payment, you are redirected to a page where you enter the Portal ID of the HubSpot portal to which the license should be assigned. You can find the portal ID in your browser's address bar.

The subscription is tied to your portal and generally not transferable. If you have purchased an annual license and want to move the app to another portal, write to us at apps@adunera.com – we'll take care of it.

Specify the name of the folder in which the PDF should be saved. You create folders under Content → Files → Create folder – you will also find the PDF there later. If no folder exists yet, simply enter /yourfoldername in the action; the app will then create it automatically.

Text content: Optionally, enter text for the note that will be associated with the deal. Personalized with a deal token, you can later easily find the note via the HubSpot search in the top right.

Quotes can only be created for deals that have an owner and are published. With the HubSpot action "Rotate owner," you can assign an owner before this action in the workflow.
