Installation & subscription

Install the app via the button at the top of this page or via the HubSpot App Marketplace. After installation, you have a 14-day free trial available for your portal.

You can subscribe via the link in the app settings. You can access these via the settings icon in the HubSpot menu bar, then Integrations → Connected Apps. There, click on Actions → Go to settings.

After payment, you are redirected to a page where you enter the Portal ID of the HubSpot portal to which the license should be assigned. You can find the portal ID in your browser's address bar.

If you uninstall the app in your portal, your subscription remains active and continues to apply after reinstallation.

The subscription is tied to your portal and generally not transferable. If you have purchased an annual license and want to move the app to another portal, write to us at apps@adunera.com – we'll take care of it.

Setup in the workflow

Create a workflow based on deals, contacts, companies, or tickets and add the action Generate Sequential Numbers to it.

Database name for the counter column: A freely chosen key under which we store your current counter value. If you use the same value in another workflow, the same number sequence is continued. For multiple independent number ranges, assign different values.

Count from: The start number.

Property for the number: The internal name of the property in which the number is stored – matching the object the workflow is based on. You can find the internal name in the property settings.

Number length: If, for example, you need six-digit numbers, enable the option and enter the length. With a start value of 1 and a length of 6, the first number is 000001.

Prefix/suffix: Enable the respective option and enter text or numbers. With prefix NO_ and suffix _year the first number is NO_000001_year. You must include separators yourself.

Pro tip: You can also use dynamic values and custom code in the prefix and suffix.

The number is returned as text (string), not as an integer – relevant when creating the property and for further use.
