Association type to count: The object type whose associations are counted. You choose dynamically from all objects linked to the enrolled object – including custom objects.
With Count any Associated Records you count associations regularly on a schedule. Configuration is done in the app settings (Settings → Account Management → Integrations → Connected Apps → Count any Associated Records → Settings).
The following object types cannot be enrolled: Goals, Media, Payments, Survey responses, Custom objects.
Do you need additional or new HubSpot objects? Write to us at apps@adunera.com – we'll check whether we can implement it.
Workflow action: Each count generates 1 HubSpot request; opening the action adds 1 more to load the associated object types.
Schedule: For every 100 records and sync, 102 requests are generated. With 1,000 deals and a daily interval, that's 1,200 requests per 24 hours. Opening the settings generates 1 request; creating and saving a schedule generates 4 requests.
Note your portal's daily API limit, which is also used by other apps.
